FAQ's What is the difference between your company and the others? We always have the most colors in stock at all times and you may select your colors and bunch quantities (we ask for a minimum five bunches per color). Our accessories are all top quality and not imported as cheap alternatives. We do not up charge to add unlimited colors to starter packs or single mixed cases. We repackage all of our mixed cases and On the Go Packs eliminating bent and defective roses. Our order system will send you a professional invoice and complete tracking the moment your order ships. Our account managers are seasoned professionals in the wooden rose and flower arrangement business. We attend shows to give our customers an advantage on how to sell and display our products and so much more! Why should I place an order with the Wooden Rose Company? We are the leaders in the wooden rose and flower industry. We have the knowledge to help you understand the business and your competition. No one has the color selection we do at all times! We answer email and phone calls usually within 15-30 minutes. We know our competitors do not answer calls or email in a timely manner! We ship all of our products from the United States which can save you time, money and headaches. When you place an order, you are emailed tracking and confirmation the same day. You will never pay for something you did not receive. Finally, our customers come back to us because we give competitive pricing and provide a superior customer experience. What is "your best price"? This question is asked many times every day. We are not the cheapest company selling wooden roses nor will we ever be the cheapest.! We have been importing wooden flowers and selling wholesale for many years. We know the business, product, manufactures and culture. If you want the lowest price product, you will receive the lowest quality product available. We know that our competitors do not take the extra steps to ensure quality control like we do. All wooden roses are made overseas and any product being bought in mass quantities will incur defects. The difference is how those defects are handled and how our customers expectations are addressed. All of our customers have used the competition and state very clear that we are the leader in every aspect of the business. Look at the other Wooden Rose website's and that alone should give you a first impression. We will continue to be the leader based on price, quality and customer service! Why don't you list pricing on the website? We do not list pricing on the website because we sell at wholesale. The easiest way to check pricing is to email us from the contact page. Please make sure to include a phone number so we can contact you once you send us your request. We do not offer online sales because our products are bought in many variations and your security and privacy are a top priority. When you place an order with us, you deal directly with a human! Is there a minimum order requirement for your flowers? For our small bud roses we have a 1 case minimum. This means you must purchase at least 100 bunches of roses ( 800 stems). For our semi open roses we have a 1 case minimum which is 90 bunches (450 stems). We have a 1 case minimum for our full open roses which is 50 bunches (200 large, 100 small stems). We will also mix a half case of open and semi if you choose. We have a 10 bunch minimum order requirement For our carnations. Most other companies have large minimum orders and charge much more for cases if you mix colors. We believe there is no reason to penalize a customer for testing the market with a smaller order. How do I place an order? You may place orders via phone or email, but please call us with credit card payment. For pricing or information not provided on this page, please click on the contact page to phone us or send an email. Email is monitored during business hours Monday - Friday. Can I cancel my order? In our continuing effort to provide our customers with quality service, the order process begins as soon as your order is confirmed either by email or phone. If you place an order that you wish to cancel, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. We tend to process and ship orders very quickly. I've ordered. Where is it? Eager to get your roses, flowers and accessories? It's easy to check your order status. You will be emailed a tracking number the day your order ships. You can check the FedEx website www.fedex.com or you can always email or call us. When is my credit card charged and do you extend terms or COD? When you use a
credit card, it is not charged until your order is ready for shipping. Typically your card
is charged the same day your order is processed or we will inform you that the
product is on backorder. We do not extend terms nor do we accept COD
unless an exception has been made by the president.

What would I need to start my business? We suggest our On The Go Packs, which include our large sleeves and onion grass. These items are the essentials and hot items for a successful beginning. If you would like pricing, please use the contact page and ask about this option. Will you mix colors in a case for me? YES. Please don't hesitate to ask us to mix unlimited colors. Other companies charge a fee to mix colors or do not accommodate this request at all. We never penalize or up charge you on On the Go Packs if you want to include as many colors as possible (we ask for a five bunch minimum per color). We believe in giving customers what they want and our ability to be flexible is a major advantage! How are the roses packaged? Our rose buds measure 2 1/2" deep and 1 1/2 inches wide and they are set on a 11" stem. Our roses are packaged in bunches of 8. The semi are in bunches of 5 and the large open are 6 to a bunch. The bunches are packed in cellophane and wire wrapped. How are the carnation-like flowers packaged? Our flowers are packaged in bunches of 20. There are 25 bunches in a case or 500 flowers. The bunches are packed in a plastic bag over the flowers. They are tied at two places on the stems. Each bunch contains 2 of the following colors: Yellow, Cream, Orange, Lime Green, Dark Green, Pink, Blue, Purple, Deep Red and a Brighter Light Red. How is the Rose Oil, Sleeves and Onion Grass Packaged?
Our rose scented oil is packaged
in a 1/2 ounce plastic clear dropper. Our 50 pack of sleeves are 1.6 BOPP
and come with a perforated bottom. The larger sleeves will fit 1 to 2
dozen roses and our single rose sleeves will hold between 1-6 roses. Our faux onion grass is typically sold in a bunch of 100 units
wrapped with a rubber band. Typically these items can be added in your case of
roses. In certain cases, the additional weight may add to the shipping
charges. General wooden rose care and can I use my wooden roses outside? Wooden roses are made of wood shavings and on occasion will appear split, this is a natural occurrence in fine thin wood. Wooden rose petals are attached with clear glue, if you notice some strings of glue, simply pull them off and the rose will be fine. On occasion you will have some roses that have the green stem unwrapped, we suggest using floral adhesive and you will be in business. Our roses and flowers are made of wood and are put thru a dye process. Please note that large roses are more susceptible to damage. It is up to you if you want to use them outside, however heat and moisture will fight the color and presentation. We do have customers who use them for outside events and ceremonies so it's up to you. We also suggest you keep your roses out of direct sunlight. The color will fade if left in direct sunlight. You may clean your wooden roses with a duster or we find canned air works really well. What if I receive damaged product? Wooden roses are a mass produced product that continues to have tremendous success. When you order in bulk there is always going to be some defective units. It is important that you create your business with margins that cover damaged product. In most cases, we will replace defective product however we check all orders before they ship in order to decrease any imperfections. If you receive defective product and want credit, we ask you to send back the product and we will send out replacements after inspection. Why don’t you carry all the rose colors? We stock all of the colors available with one exception. We keep our color and style availability current on our color page, so be sure to refresh your browser each time you visit our site. During high demand times, there may be a short backorder on colors. Please email us for colors that aren't listed as "in stock" on the color page.
