How do I place an order with your company?

You many order directly from our website 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Simply click on the shopping cart below each item and you will be taken to our store checkout. It's so easy even a child could order however get your parents permission first. Once you are done, please email us instructions and color numbers.  If you need assistance beyond our online store, please use the contact page to send us an email.  We answer email very quickly as we are not able to get to the phones in the warehouse.  Current availability is listed on the color page of our website:  http://thewoodenrosecompany.com/Colors1.htm


What is the difference between your company and the others?

That will be up to you to decide, but again- we look forward to the opportunity to work with you.  We take great pride in the service we offer and work with you to coordinate the right solution for your business goals.   Our accessories are all top quality.  We repackage all of our mixed cases and do our best to eliminate bent and defective roses.  Our order system will send you a professional invoice and complete tracking after your order ships. Our account managers are seasoned professionals in the wooden flower business.  We attend shows to give our customers an advantage on how to sell and display our products and so much more!

What is "your best price"?

Our pricing is competitive without sacrificing service! We have been importing wooden flowers and selling wholesale for many years. We know the business, product, manufacturers and culture.  All wooden flowers are made overseas and any low price, mass produced product will have some percentage of defects. We will continue to be the leader based on customer service and look forward to the opportunity to work with you! 

Is pricing on your website?

Yes, pricing is available on our site by adding items to your cart on our homepage.  If you have special needs, please feel free to e-mail us from our contact page.

Is there a minimum order requirement for your flowers?

Our products are listed on our homepage.  We have various options to choose.

Can I cancel my order?

In our continuing effort to provide our customers with quality service, the order process begins as soon as your order is confirmed either online or phone. If you place an order that you wish to cancel, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. We tend to process and ship orders very quickly.

I've ordered. Where is it?

Eager to get your roses, flowers and accessories? It's easy to check your order status. You will be emailed a tracking number the day your order ships. You can track your shipment by entering your tracking number on our shipping page or you can always email or call us. 

When is my credit card or PayPal account charged and do you extend terms or COD?

Your credit card or PayPal account is charged when you order online through our website.  We do not extend terms nor do we accept COD. We do accept Western Union with prior approval.

What's the shipping charge and can I pick up?

We do not offer will call ( pickup service). We are an online business and not open to the public.

We do not offer free shipping.  To keep shipping costs fair, we:

  • We ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS.  Orders shipping to Canada will always be UPS. 
  • Base your estimated charges on total weight, size and destination of each case.
  • Combine items based on size and shape to eliminate as much "dead weight" as possible.

We ship to:

  • Street addresses only (sorry, no P.O. boxes)
  • Military APO/FPO addresses (products over 35lbs cannot be shipped to APO/FPO locations - all other shipments are USPS) 
  • All 50 states. We also ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands and Canada.

How are the flowers packaged?

Our rose buds measure 2"h x 1"w  and they are set on a 11" stem.  Our small roses are packaged in bunches/sleeves/packages of 8 flowers. The semi open roses (11"h stem and 2"h x 2"w bud)are sold packaged in bunches of 5 or 6 flowers and the full open roses (11"h stem and four 4" flowers and two 2" flowers.  Our large long stem roses (15" stem with a 3" bud)  are 6 to a bunch. The bunches are packed in cellophane and wire wrapped. Daisies (11" stem) are packaged 6 flowers per bunch. Lilies (11" stem and 5" flower) are packaged 4 flowers and 2 buds per bunch.  Peonies (11"stem 5" flower)are packaged 3 flowers per bunch

How are the carnation-like flowers packaged?

Our flowers are packaged in bunches of 20. There are 25 bunches in a case or 500 flowers. The bunches are packed in a plastic bag over the flowers. They are tied at two places on the stems. Each bunch contains 2 of the following colors: Fuchsia, Dark Blue, Yellow, Orange, Lime, Salmon Pink, Teal, Magenta, Cream and Dark Purple.

How is the Rose Oil, Sleeves and Onion Grass Packaged?

Our rose scented oil is packaged in a 0.5 ounce plastic clear dropper bottle without labeling so you can add your own private label. Our 50 pack of sleeves are 1.6 BOPP and come with a perforated bottom. The larger sleeves will fit 1 to 2 dozen roses and our single rose sleeves will hold between 1-6 roses. Our Grab-N-Go sleeves have a handle, sealed bottom and are branded in white with "Wooden Roses" and hold up to 3 dozen small bud roses.  Our faux onion grass is typically sold in a bunch of 100 units wrapped with a rubber band. Typically these items can be added in your case of roses. In certain cases, the additional weight may add to the shipping charges.
 

General wooden rose care and is it okay to have my wooden roses outside? 

Wooden roses are made of birch wood shavings and on occasion will appear split, this is a natural occurrence in fine thin wood. Wooden rose petals are attached with clear glue, if you notice some strings of glue, simply pull them off and the rose will be fine. On occasion you will have some roses that have the green stem unwrapped, we suggest using floral tape to repair.  You may clean your wooden roses with a duster or with a cool dryer on a low speed setting.  Our flowers are made of wood and are put through a dye process.  Please note that the large open flowers, Lilies and daisies are more susceptible to damage and are best for floral arrangers who are skilled with a hot glue gun.  Wooden flowers should be kept away from water and will fade in direct sunlight.  We do have customers who use them for outside events and ceremonies, but are fully aware of the affects of the elements.

What if I receive damaged product?

Wooden roses are a mass produced imported product that continues to have tremendous success.  When you order in bulk there will always be some percentage of defective units.  It is important that you create your business with margins that cover damaged product.  We cannot guarantee any of these roses as we have no control over quality or dye lot. If you receive defective product please email us a request and depending on the issue, we may send you replacement product.  We reserve the right to deny any product that is sent back without prior authorization.
