Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express Via Paypal.  We do not accept credit cards over the phone.  You may pay your invoices and online orders with any credit card listed below!

Your Payal and Credit Card

Our partner paypal will step you thru the order and verify your address. Please note, if you pay via PAYPAL and you Use E-Check, you must wait 2-5 days for the check to clear and order to ship ( via PAYPAL not us).  If paying by regular PAYPAL, your order usually ships within 2 days. 

Placing An Order

All orders are placed online using our secure servers in conjunction with paypal.  Please make sure when sending your order, you include a phone number in case we need to reach you.
 

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only applied to retail orders shipping within Michigan or where resale tax ID information is not available.

Return Policy-Store Credit Only

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, please request an RA (return authorization) within 5 days of receiving your products and we will offer a store credit. You must choose in stock colors and if not, we reserve the right to send you top colors. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs back to our company and a 10% restock fee may be applied. If our shipping carrier loses a package, we will send out what is missing in a timely manner. If shipping outside of the United States, we do not offer a refund policy.  Our service is rated #1 in the industry because we exceed all expectations!
