Charging Your Credit Card

We do not charge your credit card for an item until it is shipped. All credit card orders are subject to credit verification and approval. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification.

You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Placing An Order

If you would like to place an order, please fill out the order form and email sales@thewoodenrosecompany.com  Once we receive the form, we will give you the total and request payment if in stock.  You may also email us your request and color style without using the form. It's that simple!

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only applied to orders shipping to Michigan.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, please request an RA (return authorization) within 5 days of receiving your products and we will offer a store credit. The products must be in the original packaging and show no signs of use. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs back to our company and a 10% restock fee may be applied. If our shipping carrier loses a package, we will send out what is missing in a timely manner. Our service is rated #1 in the industry because we exceed all expectations!
