Shipping charges on the internet can be a mystery.  Here's how we keep shipping fair:

• Base the cost on the total weight of your order
• Combine items based on size and shape to reduce as much "dead weight" as possible
• Give you up to three options for delivery days on most items unless they're heavy or fragile and require us to choose a certain delivery option for your protection

Please note that freight company's now apply a small fuel charge.  We must pass this on as well.

Below is our standard transit times.  Please use this as a guide for your order.  Rural areas may take longer and additional charges may apply.

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt if the products are in stock.  Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours ( Monday thru Friday 8:00 - 5:00), not including holidays. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be notified via email or a phone call within 24 hours.

• Street addresses only (sorry, no P.O. boxes)
• Military APO/FPO addresses(sorry,products over 35lbs cannot be shipped to APO/FPO locations)
• All 50 states. We also ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands and Canada.

We use our shipping partner FedEx for 99% of our orders. We will provide tracking numbers once the product is ready for shipping. Your average shipping costs are between $9.00 and $12.00 per case going ground service in an urban location. Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days if the product is in stock. Shipping prices may be discounted for bulk orders.

Our small roses ship in bunches of 8. There are 100 bunches in a case or 800 roses.  We are always asked why they are not in bunches of 12?  This is because the roses are more susceptible to damage if they are packed in any quantity larger than 8.
