Our standard shipping company within the United States is FedEx and or USPS.  We use UPS or USPS for our customers in Canada. Our warehouses are located in Detroit, Colorado and Baltimore.  This allows us to ship anywhere in the Continental US within 5 days. We ship from which ever warehouse has our container in for that month. Weather can delay shipments so please email us if you have not received tracking within 2 days.

Once your order is packed, you will receive an automatic email with tracking information.  If you have not received this email within 48 hours, check your spam folder then email us.

Shipping charges on the internet can be a mystery.  Here's how we keep shipping fair:

• Base the cost on the total weight of your order
• Combine items based on size and shape to reduce as much "dead weight" as possible
• Give you up to three options for delivery days on most items unless they're heavy or fragile and require us to choose a certain delivery option for your protection

Below is our standard transit times.  Please use these guides for your order.  Rural areas may take longer and additional charges may apply.

Canada and Hawaii customers please email us for a shipping quote after or before you place your order. You will not see shipping charges when you complete your order.  Please give us your entire address.   Canada customers, you are responsible for taxes and duty upon arrival.  We use UPS as our broker so provide a valid phone number when you place your order.  Also, we cannot calculate tax or duty so please contact your sources for estimated costs.  We do not offer any refunds on our products nor do we give arrival times as they vary when shipping outside the United States.  We do provide tracking so you can keep an eye on your order.  If you have any issues, please contact us and we will help resolve any international issues.

Please note: The shipment charts below are good within 1-2 days.  It is safer to add a least 1 day to these estimates.  Weather will change these transit times considerably!

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt if the products are in stock.  Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours ( Monday thru Friday 8:00 - 5:00), not including holidays. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be notified via email or a phone call within 24 hours.

• Street addresses only (sorry, no P.O. boxes)
• Military APO/FPO addresses(sorry,products over 35lbs cannot be shipped to APO/FPO locations)
• All 50 states. We also ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands and Canada.

We use FedEx, UPS and USPS. We will provide tracking numbers once the product is ready for shipping. Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days if the product is in stock. Our small roses ship in bunches of 8.
